I recommend this set to every army builder, minifigure collector, diorama builder and fans of the rebel alliance.Like I mentioned in my review of 8036 Separatists Shuttle, the doors can t be closed synchronally, they only open separatly.
The back of the box showcases the same features that are to be found in the back of the second instruction booklet: the AT-ST, the catapult, and the various bunker details. To make it more impressive, the AT-ST is a top-heavy vehicle and that makes balancing even more challenging. I am tempted to get this, but there are soooooo many other great smaller sets I want, I don't know if I can afford them all. It is packed with play features, minifigures, and vehicles and you can easily recreate the famous battle on the forest moon of Endor.Flimsy because its wings have this tendency to flip backwards and fragile because almost every time I play with it, something will come off. This brings me to my major problem with this set; the Imperials are outnumbered three to one, whereas in the film they had a vast advantage over the small band of Rebels.
