I really enjoyed the different court case stories, there were a variety of interesting and itriguing cases. I feel this could easily be made into a great Scottish TV drama. In 1988 he was accused of the attempted murder of a member of an undercover police drugs squad who had been following him from a client’s house in Edinburgh. He would claim the store was selling Nazi memorabilia and the theft was a protest against the owner.
McIntyre believes he was harshly treated by the authorities and should have been allowed to continue working as a solicitor.
