What I thought: Cinnamon buns are my favourite sweet treat, but being a terrible baker, I’ve never been brave enough to try making them. What I thought:I’m a slight white chocolate fiend so knew I had to bake these blondies as soon as I saw them. Despite being one of the book’s more complicated ‘all-star bakes’, the recipe was really easy to follow too, with ingredients you are likely to already have in the cupboard. I was a bit nervous about making the caramel as all my previous attempts have been disastrous, but the instructions were super clear and there were great tips for how to tell when it was ready.If you’re a fan of speculoos (aka Biscoff), you’ll find plenty of recipes using the caramelised biscuit spread dotted throughout Baked In One .

What I thought:This flapjack mix was really tasty, I was tempted to eat it straight out of the bowl before baking, however, the finished product is SO delicious that I was glad I didn’t!Baked In One is packed full of Eloise’s creative inventions, but you’ll also find plenty of recipes for the classic in there too. From quick scones to a Biscoff lover’s dream cake, you’ll be surprised at what just 3 hard-working ingredients and a little baking alchemy can create. With popular fan-favourite recipes as well as brand-new, never-before-seen creations, this cookbook will keep any avid baker busy. What I thought: This was a super simple recipe that was really easy to pull together – mini eggs and white chocolate is a dream combination. A super creamy and sweet No-Bake Milkybar cheesecake, with a buttery shortbread base and a white chocolate ganache topping!
