Anybody have any recommendations of one versus the other? Looks like the V350 F it’s more expensive and weighs about 50 g more because it has the rechargeable lithium battery, but has a faster recycle time. I’m wondering if that fast or recycle time and longer charge justifies the extra cost and extra weight of the V350 F . I’m wondering if 290 g versus 240 g will impact my desire to take it on a vacation. Godox are synonymous with producing good quality lighting at prices that make the accessories affordable to the masses. Their flashes are well built, and they have one of the most robust, user friendly wireless trigger systems around with their R2 triggers. The Godox TT350F is a small, affordable flash that has been designed to work with Fujifilm’s smaller Mirrorless camera bodies, but can it live up to their reputation of producing quality products that are affordable? With the catchlight panel, you can create a catchlight in the subject's eyes to add life to the facial expression. Please downgrade the flash power output. If the flash is in TTL mode, please try to change it to M mode(a preflash is needed in TTL mode). Support for TTL autoflash, 1/8000s High-speed sync, Flash Exposure Compensation, multi flash, mamual flash, etc.

Here’s a shot at 1/2000sec and f/1.4, ISO400 with HSS on. (You’ll find bumping the ISO helps save battery life, which is why I’m using ISO400 here). Two lights Use Power Switch to power the flash unit on (Long press the button for one second) or off. Turn off if it will not be used for an extended period of time. Setting as a master flash, it will turn the power off automatically after a certain period (approx. 90 seconds) of idle use. Pressing the camera shutter halfway or pressing any flash button will wake up the flash unit. Setting as a slave flash, it will enter sleep mode after a certain period (adjustable, 60 minutes by default) of idle use. Pressing any flash button will wake it up. Please turn on the "close distance wireless mode" on the flash trigger ( XPro series: Set the C.Fn-DIST to 0-30m. Now press the SLAVE button to choose either A/B/C or M groups and press mode to select TTL or manual mode (or turn this group OFF). Tip: set it to TTL to start with, it’s the easiest way to use the system.

Part 1: Dedicated hot shoe flash/speedlight options

I am really quite impressed with what this little flash can do. I can’t even begin to explain how dark the dance floor area was, but the Godox TT350F done a fantastic job of lighting the scene. Granted, I had to bump my ISO up to 3200, but that’s really not a problem. In terms of light consistency, the TT350F is great. I noticed no major swings in temperature while using it. Please replace the battery(the flash trigger is recommended to use 1.5V disposable alkaline battery).

Are you using the flash on-camera? Or off-camera? If off-camera, what are you using as the on-camera transmitter? Otherwise the electronic parts may be damaged.Godox lists 0.1-2.2 seconds recycle for this unit, but in my tests, this isn’t quite accurate. From the moment of pushing the fire button to the moment the ready light came on was somewhere between 3 and 4 seconds for me. I’m using Eneloop Pro NiMH batteries, which have reduced recycle times in every other flash I have used. Using standard alkaline batteries increased the recycle time to nearly 6 seconds. But, considering there are only two AA batteries recycling the flash, this is still respectable. Not great if you’re in a pit of journalists, but quite usable for a portrait session." They will definitely ask me for money to repair it. It is possible that they will send it somewhere in Europe, for repair. On the testing front, I put in some basic tests for power. It seems to fair fine with TTL, so I won’t bother too much, suffice to say the TTL works perfectly. Removing one of the lights and putting it on a stand behind our subject gives a good cross-light setup. Should you get a TT350?

I've been waiting for some serious Fujifilm flash support since they entered the mirrorless camera market - still hoping for a X-E2 Kaizen miracle, to be honest. Godox TT350F is a mini flash unit designed specifically for Fujifilm mirrorless cameras. Key features include its compact, 2-1/4” design, 2.4 GHz wireless transmission and full compatibility with other units in the Godox 2.4G Wireless X System. The TT350F is the little sibling to Godox TT685F. It uses the same 2.4 GHz signal for full compatibility with Godox transmitters (X1T-F, X2T-F, XPro-F) and other flash units from Godox X Wireless System. Unlike many entry-level flashes, the TT350F can function as both a master and a slave unit, with support for 3 groups and 16 channels. It uses just two AA batteries, which can produce up to 210 flashes at full power. As a master unit, TT350F can control the following slave unit models: AD600, AD600M, AD360II-C, AD360II-N, AD200. you’ll need to press the SYNC button for 2 seconds. You’ll notice that the antenna symbol on the lower left of the screen will start blinking. Now turn the select dial until a capital “M” is displayed next to the antenna.Please make sure that whether the flash has finished its recycle or caught up with the continuous shooting speed or not(the flash ready indicator is lighten) and the flash is not under the state of over-heat protection or other abnormal situation. Change the wireless channels and wireless ID to avoid interference for it can only be triggered after the wireless IDs and channels of the master unit and the slave unit are set to the same. We used the Godox TT350F with the Fujifilm X-T3, the Flashpoint R2 Pro F TTL for Fujifilm, the 18-55mm f2.8-4, the Fujfilm 55-200mm f3.5-4.8,a and the Fujifilm 56mm f1.2
