The rosewood fretboard felt great under the fingers, and for us was one of the biggest highlights of the whole guitar. Happy with product and with service, item arrived well packaged and in excellent time ; would highly recommend, thank you. There are also no guitar strap buttons, as the C40 is marketed at classical guitar students who only play in a seated position. Yamaha are highly regarded by many for their steel string acoustics, but it’s often forgotten that their classical guitars offer just as much in the way of quality and value. The Yamaha C40 is one of the best budget classical guitars out there, but it always makes sense to consider other options before making a final decision.

The natural colour showcases the beautiful wood grain of the spruce top and meranti body, giving the guitar a timeless and classic look.

When you think about a bunch of campers huddled around a campfire with a guitar, the guitar you imagined likely looks very similar to the Yamaha C40.
