I used spend every Tuesday and Thursday at a company in Prague giving English lessons to their employees. As a whole class looking at the printed posters, explain that the children will be responsible for monitoring their own behaviours.This one is interesting as it is part of what I call the Creature Teacher trilogy. See, before Goosebumps did Creature Teacher in Series 2000, 3 of the ripoff/similar series beat Stine to the punch. Besides this, there was Graveyard School;s Creature Teacher, Spooksville's Creature in the Teacher, and then there was this. I know it's a common turn of phrase for horror stories but it's just funny so many did it before Goosebumps did. He bumps into Marv, who turns out was just trying to be his friend, as Paul was the only one to be nice to him. He tells him that the only way to stop Mrs. Maaargh is to make her laugh. She rarely does and when it happens, she hibernates for six months. She approaches him and he struggles to find a way to make her laugh. Suddenly, he gets an idea.

However, when he gives it to her one morning, it has been vandalized to say YOU UGLY. For this, Paul is taken off the chart all together. Paul decides that he has to try to escape. He sneaks out during class later on and discovers a way out he can use later. The next morning, he leaves but Molly appears. She warns him that there is an invisible electric fence and informs him his parents are here. Some of the early concept art featured Mrs. Maaargh looking more human, about to eat a mouse. This concept is similar to the cover illustration of The Girl Who Cried Monster with Mr. Mortman. It contains everything you need to run a full classroom economy for the full school year. Complete with a marketplace, currency, job allocations and a wallet that holds both the notes and the reward vouchers. Aaron graduated from the Ringling College of Art & Design in 1989 from the Illustration program. The book's manuscript appears on Stine's bookshelf in the Goosebumps film. Additionally, Mrs. Maaargh is mentioned in Slappy's Revenge. Can't compare it to the Goosebumps one yet, although I have read The Final Exam. Still, I'll judge it on its own here and I ended up liking it. It did throw me off in a few ways though. It starts with protagonist Joey Powers and his friend Nate being goof off jerks towards their teacher which wasn't a good start for them.
