Not your typical book - part social commentary, part memoir, part self help book, part cookbook. It's a light read which would be expected from a man who confesses hasn't read many books. All the same it has a conversational tone which is refreshing, and comes with some very creative illustrated recipes. I call this sin bin soup on my YouTube channel, because we’ve sin-binned the premade cup-o-soup shit. It’s one I made heaps when I was younger, and it was really cheap.

Overall, this really is an awesome book. It would make a great gift for anyone over sixteen and although there is a bit of swearing; it’s nothing worse than what’s in his videos.
