If you prefer mixed drinks that are light, bubbly, and not too alcohol-heavy, try this recipe for the raspberry Bellini instead. It’s perfect for long, cold winter nights, but it tastes so good, you’ll want to make it year-round. While the recipe calls for tonic water, feel free to use soda water or citrus soda if you want it sweeter.

And with this recipe, you can jazz up the typically minty drink with raspberries and raspberry rum.

The fruitiness is such an excellent complement to the mint and rum. And the added color doesn’t hurt, either.

You can have a big batch ready in about 10 minutes, and it’s super easy to modify to your own tastes. So feel free to experiment! With a light pink hue to match its statement baby pink bottle, this Cream Liqueur has a strong aroma of fresh summer berries and succulent flavours of vanilla, caramel, fresh berry jam, and a final spicy hint of cinnamon. And when it's paired with the sweet, tart taste of raspberries, it creates the perfect combination of fruity and boozy.

Ready in just five minutes, the only non-pantry staple here is the Cachaça, a Brazillian white rum made from sugar canes. You’ll make it with only three ingredients, and it has a clean, simple flavor that’s sweet without being overly sugary. Skip the liquors and make this a virgin raspberry mojito. You'll need more soda or can split it with limeade. You’ll use a blend of raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, and lemonade to get just the right balance of berry flavors and citrus.

Either way, it takes about a minute to make, and it’s just strong enough to make you feel the alcohol without getting you too buzzed. There’s a bit of sweetness to it, but it’s not heavy enough to make you feel weighed down after drinking it. I’m not sure why it’s called the Zipper, but I like to think it’s because it puts a little “zippity doo dah” in your step after drinking it. This recipe for a raspberry daiquiri is dry and somewhat tart, but it’s delightfully refreshing on a hot summer’s day. That’s because (like all good martinis) it’s mostly booze. But you’ll also add fresh pineapple juice to keep it from being too strong.It’s really just a Tom Collins with a bit of fruit added in. But it takes on a totally unique flavor that’s all its own.
