In each unit you’ll unlock a new set of recipes, and as you start cooking you’ll be guided from the beginning to end of a recipe by one of our most experienced Leiths teachers. Turn the internal body over and scrape away the brown meat into a bowl, then put the internal body aside and deal with the main shell.

If you are opting for the full Leiths Essential Certificate, your mentor will review your progress to determine whether you’re ready for the practical two-day exam taking place at the school in London.
