I think this book should be made compulsory for all young females! Whitmore does try and make this book inclusive for both male and female readers but I do strongly feel that this book would be more relatable to females. I am a 30 something female and I got a lot from this book, but I think that younger people would get a lot from it too. This book is a manual for looking at life in a more positive light and how to be a stronger person! Change is so many things. It’s scary, exciting, and unpredictable, but most of all its necessary. So work towards bringing the positive change in your life.
