It started out as an idea in 2016 when Lebus noticed that none of his university friends could cook and, “armed with nothing but a kitchen, a camera and some recipe ideas”, he started creating overhead videos that people could actually cook from. This cookbook is an evolution of Mob. You spoke, we listened, and we’ve created an entire cookbook of recipes that focus on the good stuff without compromising on flavour.
