We asked dietitian Ro Huntriss what to look out for and avoid in a cereal, depending on your needs. Here are Ro's top recommendations: Look for whole grain cereals This is not a pretty cake at all – in fact, it’s rather lumpy and bumpy looking. But I promise the taste more than makes up for it.
