Esas son las únicas pegas que le encuentro a la historia, que me ha regalado frases muy épicas y preciosas y que en ciertas partes consideraba mejor que la original. chuuya ma li mortacci tua, proprio un personaggio così devastato come te dovevo kinnare? non penso che ci sia stato momento per tutto il libro in cui non l'abbia sentito vicino, dai momenti silly in cui insultava (deserved) dazai a quelli più depressi in cui pensava che la sua nascita fosse stata un errore (poi s'è ripigliato grazie al cielo) e che fosse una persona che si spendeva troppo per gli altri e che aveva paura di aprirsi con i suoi amici. I am currently obsessed with this manga, and the light novels are just everything. Reading an actual novel about characters you only know through manga is amazing, it’s like seeing the story from a whole new perspective. And the fact that these novels are exploring the most beloved characters… I wish every series was like this.Season 3's prologue adapted Asagiri's seventh novel, Dazai, Chuuya, Age Fifteen, which chronicles Dazai’s budding partnership with Chuuya, who is initially quite antagonistic toward the Port Mafia. It follows the two of them solving a mystery that ends up revealing the origin of Chuuya’s incredible powers, culminating in his joining the mafia. Chūya soon escapes from him, only to be caught by Verlaine who reveals having slayed the Flags moments ago during Chūya's absence. The assassin says he wishes to kill everyone associated with Chūya and partially opens the Gate within the boy, causing gravity to go haywire and unleash Arahabaki's flames, until Osamu Dazai arrives to nullify it. He then takes Chūya to the bar, where he witnesses his friends' corpses. Chūya finally agrees to join Adam in the investigation.

I don't think I'd be able to review this properly. Like how do I express it with words?? It's so heartbreaking to know what Chuuya had gone through and what leads to Verlaine's action and NOW I TERRIBLY MISS BSD SO MUCH😭😭 Plus, get a glimpse of the agency the night before Atsushi Nakajima joined the team! [2] Summary [ ] A Day at the Detective Agency To gather information, Fukuzawa and Ranpo question the performers, starting with lead actor Tokio Murakami. During their inquiry, the youth states his willingness to risk his or anyone's life for the sake of mastering the art if given the chance. They also question the other performers, who think that no murder shall happen. However, Ranpo believes that the note is an announcement rather than a threat for murder, though he thinks that Fukuzawa, as an adult, must have already perceived that. To further assess his skills, Fukuzawa asks Ranpo to deduce him. As the boy uncovers his secretive past with ease, Fukuzawa fully believes that Ranpo is special. I love how, even though Chuuya doubts his humanity and in the end he has to give up the chance to really find out the truth, some characters believe in him from the start. Like Adam "You value your friendship and make decisions accordingly. I suppose you could call this human nature." or Dazai in his twisted way "You sound like you're certain he's human. I love the way he build relationships between Akutagawa and Atsushi with the other characters. I even love it the way he gave us brief view of how it would be for shin soukoku if they meet in a normal world. Storm Bringer - takes place 6 years before the start of the series and one year after Dazai, Chuuya, Age 15. It has not been adapted into the anime. Ah, ah, ah— Dazai cerró los ojos y dijo con una sonrisa soñadora—. Finalmente está aquí. El momento por el que había esperado. Next, what I really like in this story is that the characters stay true to their own self. I mean... their characters are the same with the original story. For example, Atsushi doesn't suddenly overcome his fear towards the orphanage's director. He's still the same Atsushi, the one who is haunted by the past or the incident that happened at the orphanage. And then, Akutagawa. He's still that hot-headed teenage boy, who often do something without plans and rely only on himself. (no hate, okay! I love all characters so much!) and there's Dazai. YES, he's still that goofy (even though not that much), he's still that man who plans as if he can see the future. You won't feel weird out or uneasy with the story, instead you'll get to know more on what happened with Atsushi and Akutagawa when they were younger (before they joined any agency). I loved The Flags, I wish we could get more stories with them. I loved how they valued their friendship and how they went out of their way to bring that anniversary gift. How they wanted Chuuya to feel human, to celebrate together and just have fun. And I love how much Chuuya cares even though he tries to act cool.

But my favorite part with Paul was the scene when he meets Rimbaud again and the last gift. Yoshihide's expressions in the stage play were so on point, I was weeping.
