If you want to improve your life, you have to start making better decisions, which means you need to learn new ideas and get better information. For the first time in my life and for 3 month I've been feeling hopeless and that life is just pointless. I tried so hard to get out from this state of mind but I couldnt. I I have been going to the gym and trying new things. I even went for a long distance solo hiking for two weeks to clear my mind and improve my mood.. nothing worked tho.. the problems in my life are still there and I cant solve them, and Im tired of waiting..
