Well….and it’s a BIG WELL….this one takes only a couple of minutes longer to make, is full of natural ingredients and is SYN FREE. Absolutely no Syns in sight. Or you can use my suggestions further down for a better one that is just a small amount of Syns. Did you love Angel Delight as much as me as a kid? If you still use it in recipes today let me know. Apparently it’s really good frozen into popsicles too! Making purée is just crushing those berries down into liquid form; and a blender is the best way to do that. COOK THE STRAWBERRY SAUCE… Angel Food Cake: You can get an already baked cake at your grocery store's bakery. You can also make it homemade or grab a box mix. The crumbled Madeira will form the base of each Angel Delight cake, so use your hands to gather up a handful of crumbs and squeeze into a ball. Place the ball into one of the cupcake cases and use your fingers to press the ball down and into all the edges of the paper case. Make sure the cake is well compacted, level and halfway up the sides of the paper case. Now your child can take over and repeat the process 7 more times!

Beat the cream cheese separately first thing. This will help it soften up more, and it will blend in better with the Dream Whip, once you’re ready for that step.
