Following the instructions provided, you should be able to see the movement in the external indicator. You do need an intact pelvic floor and at least a small amount of 'lift' for it to work properly. N.B. Do not use the Pelvic Floor Educator if you are pregnant, during your period or if you have a vaginal infection. If you have a mild Prolapse you can usually still use an Educator but if you have a significant prolapse (to the entrance or outside of the vagina) it may be difficult to put the educator in the most effecti ve position. The insertable vaginal component is approximately 6.5 cm long and approximately 9cm circumference at its widest point. Note: If participants complete a written self-reflection they may self-claim 30 mins in Performance Review.
