One of the Managers of my job gave me this book to read as I’m one of the team leaders involved in changing the culture of our section and focusing it more on appreciation, cooperation and collaboration. This is a really short and simple books that is also pretty cheesy but it does have a good overall message for team leaders, which is basically you have the power to control the mood and direction of your team and it is your responsibility to get the team to where it is going. We also mustrealise that our purpose frequently extends beyond what we originally intended.
