Eurovision Village was open for everybody. All events were free to attend except Saturday's Grand Final. Catherine Tate will deliver the UK's 'douze points' at Eurovision 2023. Eligibility for potential participation in the Eurovision Song Contest requires a national broadcaster with active EBU membership capable of receiving the contest via the Eurovision network and broadcasting it live nationwide.
