Maida all purpose flour or plain flour used for making naan, bhatura, luchi, kulcha, muffins, cakes. Atta is more healthier than maida. What sets it apart from other flatbreads is the distinctive flavor that is added to it by the cornflour. Makke ki roti is popularly eaten with sarson ka saag and jaggery with a dollop of desi ghee. Makki Roti is a corn-based Indian flatbread, made from cornmeal. Makka ki Roti is a North Indian Recipes that is quite popular in the state of Punjab. Traditionally, makki ki roti is prepared by flattening a makka dough ball slightly with your palm in a thumping motion and then cooked on hot tawa.
