Originally the term “pink gin” was used to describe regular gin with a splash of angostura bitters. Nowadays, you can expect pink gins to be infused with a whole assortment of fruit, herbs and spices, including strawberries, rhubarb, grapefruit and rose petals. What does pink gin taste like?
