In GD group (n = 35), 28 patients had GBEF improvement after medical treatment, and value of GBEF significantly improved from 19.5 ± 11.0 to 47.9 ± 27.3% (P < .001). In NGD group (n = 22), 12 patients had GBEF improvement after medical treatment, but value of GBEF did not have significant change. Most patients (97.1% in GD group and 81.8% in NGD group) had improved symptoms after medical treatment. No severe complication was reported during treatment period.
