It approaches both with almost exclusive reference to a certain semi-homogeneous set of outsider-artist New Yorkers, and it conceals until a closing title card all of the other activist organizations, still unnamed, that have labored with or in parallel to P.A.I.N. on this often stymied, hydra-headed campaign.
