Cool your reusable gel pack in the freezer or heat in the microwave to provide effective treatment for sprains, strains and delayed-onset muscle soreness.

This has a soft touch fastening strap so you can secure the gel pack to the affected area for relief. For the best results to heat them up, we would recommend putting them in a microwave however using hot water will also work. Our hot and cold pack sleeve is a must-have for any sports therapists, physios or sports medicine professionals who use ice packs frequently.
