After losing her grandad and her job as an illustrator in quick succession, she is at a crossroads in life and needs a break.

She's quit more jobs and relationships than she can remember and she still sleeps in her childhood bedroom. In this book she offers context, reasoning and perspective on postnatal feelings, worries and anxiety. The last few chapters were especially helpful on my sleepless anxious nights of early postpartum days.A really great tool for working through current anxieties or worries but also for being aware of how to cope and manage for any future anxiety to come.
