It is possible, but not recommended or necessary that you flush the ink in a Sawgrass SG400 or Sawgrass SG800 to replace it with EasySubli inks. The reality is swapping inks isn't necessary - you can get just fine results using the sublimation inks you already have in your ink Sawgrass (or other) sublimation printer. I have to admit it took me months of talking directly with Sawgrass and Siser to fully understand this heat transfer vinyl-meets-sublimation product. All they had to do was tell me...Melissa, EasySubli is printable heat transfer material using a sublimation printer which results in sublimation-quality color prints that can be applied to cotton and darks! You already know Siser® Glitter HTV can be sublimated, but what if you want to spare yourself the sparkle? Siser has the sublimation solution for you! The rollers on the EcoTank printer especially are so close to the printed area that I end up with roller marks. The Latest Innovation in Sublimation

The ink doesn’t dry. In my Sawgrass printer, I have EasySubli inks that are specifically formulated to dry on this material. The Epson doesn’t have that same ink. I have tried heating as I mentioned above and I’ve allowed the print to sit for 48 hours and it still doesn’t dry enough to cut with my Cricut machine. For the previous method, we do not want to mirror the EasySubli. But with this process, we do need to mirror the sublimation print. You can mirror the image in Design Space or do it in the printer settings. Make sure you do it in just one place, not both.
