Only use water-based lubricants with the adhesive on the breast form. Using a petroleum-based lubricant will break down the adhesive, and the breast form will come off. Measure your band size while wearing a properly fitted bra, but do it while standing before a mirror. The band size is the number of the bra band, and it is located underneath each breast.
