I messed my son’s hair up again, as he was always a scruffy little fellow, then I cut off a lock to keep.

However, more is known about the grief of parents of children who die of an illness than about the grief of parents whose children die suddenly by accidents, homicide, suicide, natural, or man-made disasters [ 91].
