The polariser filter can be rotated once attached to the filter thread to achieve the desired polarisation effect. More importantly, the new HD polarizing filters use magic polarizing material that loses less light. Most polarizers lose two stops of light. I measured this one, and it loses only 1 and 1/6 stop (one and one-sixth of a stop) of light. This means sharper photos at lower ISOs than using regular polarizers, about one full stop better. A few companies use a magnetic attachment to replace the screw-on design. You first screw on a magnetic holder to the front of your lens. Then the magnetized filter pops onto the holder.

I can't see any colour cast whatsoever from both the CPL & ND filter.
