This Vermouth di Torino that uses wines from Piemonte, including Langhe Nebbiolo and three types of wormwood– Absinthium, Pontica and Vulgaris. For example the original Martini recipe, "the Martinez" contained orange bitter along with Gin and sweet vermouth.
