Practical Benefits. They are not only nutritious. It is also practical for busy people who do not have the time to prepare theirs. Hence, it is easy to transport as well. These positive health properties are indeed made even more accessible with Weetabix. Asda offered 24 Wheat Bisks in its traditional own brand style as well as a cheaper product in its 'Just Essentials' range costing 77p. The own brand version we tried wasn't the nicest of the bunch in my opinion, not really combining with the milk and instead delivering big chunks of dryness. Morrisons made a decent attempt at replicating the Weetabix flavour and quality with the biscuits easy to break apart and mix in with the milk, offering a pretty nice tasting breakfast that set me up for a busy day ahead. No major complaints here but no major compliments either.

I can't deny that traditional Weetabix is a firm favourite in our house, being a near weekly addition to the shopping trolley. The taste is unrivalled and in a league of its own, scoring highly in my eyes for taste - but I admit it pains me to spend so much on cereal. Both supermarkets offered two takes on their own brand products here. I could only get what was available on the day I went shopping.
