It boasts all the ease of an umbrella fold stroller but with the added advantage that when using it with a newborn, they can be parent facing. It's long-lasting: the fact that you can switch the direction of the seats means the buggy can stick with you for a long time.

Also, as per Cosatto's speciality, it comes in lovely prints (we went for 'Fjord') so at least it looks decent in the lounge!You’ve got to hand it to Cosatto: their motto is: ‘Saving the world from boring baby stuff’ and resplendent in the ‘Pitter Patter’ colour scheme this particular To and Fro pushchair fulfilled this promise immediately having left the box. The included accessories are great quality, maintaining the theme of Cosatto's signature bold and vibrant designs. The front wheels can lock for rough surfaces, and I found it coped very well with a variety of terrains. The chassis is compact and has umbrella fold with auto lock and carry handle for easy moving and storing. Offering both style and convenience, they come in a variety of sizes and styles to suit the needs of any family.

It's an adequate size for an umbrella fold stroller and is accessible from the back and sides of the stroller. The freestanding mechanism makes it a little tricky to navigate steps but being able to stand the pushchair up in a corner more than makes up for any inconvenience there, particularly in a tiny house like ours where to be honest, there aren’t that many corners in which to prop a pram. But the best thing about the Duo is it's perfect for when you've two kids at a different age and different stage - one seat can be parent-facing, one world-facing, or both can be either; the seats lie flat so work from birth, and it comes with all the 'extras' that other brands charge a bomb for - like rain covers, muffs, and even coffee cup holders. I will say though that without the footmuff there was a slight gap in the fabric when in parent facing mode.A few people have said I won't need one but my concern is that my dodgy back won't cope on long trips out if Toby needs to pushchair and baby is in the sling. The adjustable leg rest and adjustable 5-point safety harness make this the ultimate all-terrain stroller. I love how sturdy and well-made the pushchair is, but this does mean that it it weightier than your cheaper umbrella-style pushchair. I found the hood keeps sliding back when the buggy hits an obstacle like a bumpy kerb - which can leave the buggy dweller in the sun.

The bold colours, continental-feeling name and hip branding made me think I was handling something that had rolled out of some chic Italian design studio. For all deliveries signed as 'unchecked' any damage and/or missing parts must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable period of time (ideally within 24 hours). I had my heart set on a mountain buggy duet (having twins and got toddler) but I couldn't actually lift it up. The stroller comes with accessories: two cup holders, two four-sided footmuffs that can be unzipped and used as seat liners, two head huggers and a rain cover. The seat is also nicely padded, and of course colourful, giving your little person plenty to look at whilst they are being strolled around.If you have any concerns about your own health or the health of your child, you should always consult with a doctor or other healthcare professional. My to-do list is growing arms and legs and if I don’t tackle it soon it will probably need a name and to be enrolled at school, but my home is warm and cosy and my family – god, my family are adorable. Adjustable height handle gives you control over your pushing comfort, plus lockable front swivel wheels and all-round suspension give a smooth, manoeuvrable ride. The hood is reversible boasting a different fabric design on either side and simply flips over when changing the pushchair from forward facing to parent facing – very simple but very clever! Kirsty tells me that she finds the straps a little tricky to adjust but I haven’t noticed us being held up by a need to fiddle with straps, and as I’m easily the most impatient member of this family, believe me, if they were really inconvenient I’d know all about it.
