The lower midrange of both In-Ear Monitors sounds pretty close in terms of body and depth, while the Original Timeless has a touch better grade of clarity in this area, when I listen to male voices or instruments such like a viola or acoustic guitar. The upper midrange is where the presentation slightly changes. The Timeless AE offers a bit more brightness, energy and resolution that was fairly audible while listen to female voices such like Adel and Sertap Erener, or to instruments such like flutes, violins or pianos, which is a welcome improvement. The 7HZ Timeless AE share the same design that we have seen with the OG Timeless. The monitors are relative lightweight with approx 5.5grams and do fit pretty well in to my ears with an average sized ear concha. I didn’t have had any comfort issues even after longer listening periods. Hands up if you’ve ever heard of 7Hz. No? No one? Well, you’d be forgiven for not knowing of their existence. 7Hz is (or was) yet another obscure Chinese brand that makes unpronounceable IEMs that I’m not sure who buys. The only reason I know of them was through a short peek in the Linsoul catalogue looking for IEMs with spurious marketing claims of Beryllium drivers. A technology enthusiast since he was a kid, Alberto is not overly attracted by novelties for the sake of themselves, he’s indeed not a compulsive gear roller, and is interested in understanding why and how a given piece of equipment produces better or worse results. Sure they deliver a vivid and engaging presentation, departing from other too algid same-tech competitors. The sound profile of the 7hz is a U shaped sound but during my listening they fairly sounded much balanced with emphasis on the sub bass which is the sweet aspect and we will talk about that in the next section. The presentation feels very wide and grand meaning the staging felt exceptionally big in every aspect. In this review let's dive into the in depth sectioning of the audio.

The upper midrange of the 7HZ Timeless AE sounds nicely pronounced without to show any remarkable sibilance and sharpness when I do listen to female voices. Female voices like Adel, Diana Krall or Edith Piaf are reproduced in a quite musical, lively and detailed manner, which I have very enjoyed. Instruments on the on the other hand do have a relative natural timbre. Treble - High hats can come across as a little hot as the treble is forward along with the mids. It isn't distasteful but it does stop you from driving the Timeless to higher volumes to get more of those mids. . . . If you can.

Timeless is probably the most perfect people pleaser IEM under 300 USD. Its comfy, has authoritative midbass heavy bass response, a well executed midrange without the wonkiness that many planars tend to have and a flawed but decent treble response. Very strong wow factor.The mids of the Timeless is by far the best part of its tuning. It’s extremely well balanced and with a great purity of tone, especially for vocals. Midrange focused instruments are excellent on the Timeless, with a very natural voicing all around. Vocal harmonies are standout. The Timeless has the ability to effortlessly highlight both vocal harmony and melody at the same time, clearly separating individual vocalists while seamlessly blending their voices together in chorus. I can’t recall the last time I heard an IEM in this lower price class strike me as so enjoyable in the mids right out of the box. Usually the planars do have the best low end response but they require a hell lot of power to unleash it but the Timeless is the only exception where you can enjoy the planar bass just via your smartphone itself.

is a Chinese brand that has been established in 2012, which is located in Qingdao which is a province in Mainland China. However since their products have been mainly sold in China, the company didn’t get much attention till the release of the Timeless that I will now review for you.The Timeless certainly delivers some of that. I describe the planar "sound" as if all the sounds/tones/notes in their multitudes of layers, and instruments are eminating from a singular wave. Like a plasma The detail retrieval and the separation are above average. Even though they don’t compete with the All BA IEM’S being a single planar, these sound really good with enough detail retrieval.
