The paints themselves come in dropper bottles (which will be a relief to a lot of painters). Storm

The sanctioned psykers are fun models. A few touches of brass and my officer color makes them stand out on the battlefield. Again that is simply one coat of Celestium Blue on the shield. At this point you can leave the white or clean it up with Corax White if you want a smooth look.
