As I mentioned before, I already had a good experience with the same formula but of a different brand: TheOrdinary. I couldn’t help but notice a few differences not only in performance, but also the consistency of both products.

Perfect for blemish-prone skin.Despite it not being my cup of tea when it comes to treating already-existing blemishes, I definitely saw that it helped controlling my breakouts while I was on my period. I have used this for about a week now, and my skin has gotten quite a bit worse with acne. Particularly I have lots small inflamed spots which have come up, and these are very painful to touch although small. The product in itself worked well and, for the price, I can’t really be mad at it. I think that the bittersweet experience was caused by me expecting something different out of it.
