So clean from the base of the unit and cistern, using a damp microfibre cloth to wipe down the outside of the bowl, the seat and finally the handle (make sure you switch to a clean cloth when you clean the handle to avoid transferring germs to a surface that members of your household will regularly be touching). Don’t forget the top of the cistern; this can be a real dust-trap. The scrub head left some small smear marks on the porcelain, but otherwise, we saw no scratches.
