As weeks go, it was a pretty good one. I drank plenty of water and squash and mainly used my daily Healthy A allowance for milk which I used in my cereal or in my tea / coffee throughout the day. I also wrote down all my meals in my Slimming World food diary and this helped me remember what I had eaten (I’ve been completely guilty of forgetting that I had eaten something with a syn value and then over eaten) so it’s always worthwhile keeping a record. As you can see, I ate well throughout the week and even had chips! Loving the Slimming World Extra Easy plan… Here in this huge unofficial Slimming World guide are all the rules and guidelines explained for you to see if this could be the plan for you before making a financial commitment to a group or the online plan. Then for breakfast I have courgette cooked in the Airfryer with a couple of hard boiled eggs and a little avocado and some fresh tomatoes. Lunch: Wholemeal roll (2nd HExB) with baked beans, mushrooms and Quorn steak with tbsp of brown sauce (1 syn) – make sure you weigh your bread.. this roll was a lot heavier than I thought! Usually, all dried rice is free, the only syns would simply be in what you add to it. Is microwave rice classed as free?The addition of quark makes it deliciously creamy. If you’ve never tried quark before and you’re not too sure how you feel about it, do give it a go. It can be a complete revelation when it comes to creating creamy sauces for savoury dishes without tons of unnecessary calories. You will not be charged for missed weeks if you do not return, and if you do return and are charged more than if you were already a member, you will only be charged for joining again. December 2018 Easy Extra SP Changes

Most fruits and vegetables are speed foods with a few exceptions, for example, grapes, bananas, potatoes, etc. Essentially, Slimming World class speed foods are those healthier vegetables and fruits. Then for lunch I have homemade burgers served with vegetables via the Airfryer. This shows that you can have partial fast food without having to worry about counting calories. I am not aware of any microwave rice pouches that are free. Some frozen rice is free. Are baked beans free foods? The new plan makes you choose foods from the Speed and Protein rich food groups, one healthy A and two healthy B choices and between 5-15 syns as normal.

Welcome to My Slimming World Extra Easy SP Diary Week 2. If you followed me last week you will know that during my first SP week I lost 5 pounds. Well that is not technically true as I only actually followed it for 5 days not 7. But it still resulted in an average weight loss of a pound a day.Dinner: Butternut squash chips made in Actifry (3 syns for oil) with 3 Quorn sausages (3 syns) with dry fried onions, 1 tablespoon of ketchup (1 syn) huge wholemeal roll (2 HExB) and salad Some scales weigh up to 39 stone/247kg, so you don’t need to worry if they will hold your weight, and I have found them to be accurate and easy to use. Of course, alternatively, you could join a group, even just for a week or so and buy the books there. Because my SP days are free of pasta and loads of the other similar foods, you could count your extra virgin olive oil as a Healthy Extra B if you liked!

For lunch we have lasagne soup – fully loaded with vegetables and mince, homemade tomato sauce and a little cheese and lasagne. Perfect food and its not that high the carbs so you don’t feel like you’re in a carb coma afterwards! With that said, the challenge is to come up with ideas when there are only very specific foods you can eat. to help you along, we've dug up 27 ideas for you all! Catch them below.Here are a few of my SP meal options, but there are so many others out there so have a Google when you’re done here and see what you come up with! What’s more, most meals you eat regularly can be adapted to be SP. For example, eating bolognese with corgetti spaghetti, or simply replacing your regular pasta or potatoes with speed veg! This can also change occasionally, so do ask again, even if you asked a year ago and they did not do it then. If you really think joining online is better for you, there is nothing to stop you from printing your own certificates or buying something similar from somewhere like Etsy!
