I honestly can't remember most of the others - which speaks for itself - apart from a chapter on porn which I found hilariously out of place for this book but I suppose isn't for some people! And while I liked this book, thanks to the easy writing style, I didn't find it as personally useful as I have some of Dr Chatterjee's other books like The 4 Pillar Plan and Feel Better in 5.If you find that your mood hasn’t improved much over the last year, consider talking with a doctor or mental health professional. So it's wonderful to be able to know that for example, if you're feeling intrigued by the idea of journaling there is actually a whole podcast devoted to the subject. Many of those may not be new, but while reading the book, you would also realize that these are the obvious mistakes, which results in compromising one's overall happiness and wellbeing. This wonderful quote from page 14 of The Happy Mind: A Simple Guide to Living a Happier Life Starting Today by Kevin Horsley and Louis Fourie is reflective of a higher level of thinking about happiness.
