The buds are impressively small, and their lightweight design helps make them more comfortable than a whole host of rivals. Battery life is competitive at seven and a half hours, although the fact the charging case can only offer one extra charge seems a little stingy. A common problem is graphics driver issues. You should definitely make sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. If you're at the latest drivers already, you can still switch the game to fail-safe mode, as described in the Manual PDF linked above. The Shure Aonic 3 Wired Sound Isolating Earbuds comes with a similar design from the previous model of the Shure E4 in-ears. It makes use of a single balanced armature driver. They are one of the smallest earbuds that you can find in the Shure stable.

Shure has not killed the competition at this price point. With the explosion of Chinese IEM companies in the past few years, while they have been sleeping, the Aonic 3 stands out as an option rather than a stand-alone. Aside from that, there's also a hard technical requirement to use that exact ROM: S3AIR loads a lot of data directly from the ROM and expects all of that in very specific locations. Other ROMs than the Steam versions usually don't use the exact same internal layout, so reading anything from those would only produce garbage data that the game can't handle, so it would probably crash right away. Shure has a very well-defined and much-loved house sound. The Aonic 3 stay faithful to that tuning. I would place them as a suitable replacement for the SE325 in terms of listening, please. They are a very smooth listen with excelling soundstage in width and depth. They're also comfortable and lightweight, and are wonderfully easy to use and enjoy. All in all, the very best cheap wireless buds on the market. I tried the 215, 425, AONIC3 & 4 & 5 recently, and out of those 5 the AONIC3 to me is my favourite. I had no problem with fit, and listening in the store, the isolation on these also felt great. I remember I could listen to the AONIC3 while panning around and felt immersed undistracted with the sound. It's as if a music is playing while a show reel is going on. Good isolation and fit (at least to my ears). Very straightforward to insert over ear, and lightweight too Yeah I've only tried the Neutral filter so far as I haven't found a need to try the others. Using Spinfit CP240's and the isolation is fantastic. The Aonic 5 use three high-definition balanced armature drivers in a dual woofer and single tweeter configuration, and with the right source and material they sound sensational. There's an embarrassment of detail and a wonderful sense of clarity, with vocals sounding particularly rich and natural, but they're sonically transparent too, so any ropey recordings will be exposed.

The Shure Aoinic 3 are suitable isolators when used with the right tips. Insertion depth is best at a medium, but you can get them to sit further in the ears without affecting sound quality.

For daily use earphones, consider the Jabra Elite 85t or the Apple AirPods Pro. Both Jabra and Apple’s earbuds afford a more enjoyable user experience and greater convenience than the AONIC 215. Oh, and each has active noise canceling. If you own a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, go and grab the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, a pair of compact IPX7 rated earbuds with noise canceling and plenty of software features.

The Aonic 5 gets the most interior treatment with three balanced armatures, two acting as woofers, and one for treble extension. Of course, there’s also the nozzles. The Aonic 5 comes with 3 selections, a warm, neutral, and bright set. These options help personalize the timbre to your liking and could turn the tide in your decision between the three earphones. What’s it like to use the Shure AONIC 215 true wireless in-ears?

SE846 - Small but larger than Aonic 5. Sub-bass has slight elevation and it's excellent but not as deep as Aonic 5 (to my ears). Treble extension pretty flat. No excitement in the presence region. Very detailed and refined sound. Superb build quality. The Shure Aonic 3 Wired Sound Isolating Earbuds come with decent compatibility. You can make use of the cable present at the right side of the right earbud. You can connect them with your smartphone. Apple's in-ear headphones have historically been decent but unremarkable wireless earbuds. They've performed solidly but not spectacularly over the years compared to the class leaders in their field – those from the likes of Sony and Bose, for example. But with the AirPods Pro 2, Apple has made a pair that delivers the goods.
