Strangely, this book led me to make changes in my life, my health, and my fitness which have put me in the best shape of my life at age 36. I only remembered about this book towards the end of the lockdown but either way thought it could be an interesting read.Solitary Fitness had some good ideas, misses some but unfortunately also provided a lot of nonsense.
