Three volumes of a spin-off of the regular series under the title Toradora Spin-off! ( とらドラ・スピンオフ! ?) were also created. The first volume of the spin-off series was released on May 10, 2007 and compiled four chapters, three of which had been serialized in MediaWorks' now-defunct light novel magazine Dengeki hp between June 10, 2006 and February 10, 2007, and the last chapter was written especially for the volume release. A single chapter of the spin-off series, originally published in February 2006 in Dengeki hp was included in the second volume of the regular novel series. More chapters started serialization in Dengeki hp's successor Dengeki Bunko Magazine on December 10, 2007. Additional chapters of the main series started serialization in the same magazine on April 10, 2008. The second volume of Toradora Spin-off! was released on January 10, 2009 followed by the third volume on April 10, 2010. The third volume was released to commemorate the year of the tiger (2010). The choice was more about finding wings than it was about selfishly ghosting or abandoning her love. Now a self-assured lady, Taiga is in charge of making things right at home. about this anime is not necessarily the ending, which is good but leaves you wanting more and perhaps it could be better closed.You'd have to be braindead to see the first episode and not know exactly how the series will end, but most people will be surprised at the surprisingly well developed cast that accompanies Ryūji Takasu, discontent about how his eyes make him look like an intimidating delinquent, prepares for the first day of his second year of high school. On the way to class, he bumps into Taiga Aisaka, a diminutive girl known for her fierce temper, who is in the same class as him by coincidence. After class, Taiga accidentally puts a love letter in Ryūji's bag, which was meant for Ryūji's best friend Yūsaku Kitamura instead. Taiga later comes to Ryūji's house that night to kill him for knowing about her secret, but Ryūji tells Taiga the envelope was empty. Ryūji reveals he has a love interest for his classmate Minori Kushieda, who is Taiga's best friend. To calm Taiga down, Ryūji tells her he will do anything to help her with Yūsaku. The next morning, Ryūji discovers Taiga lives in an apartment building next door to his house. Ryuji Takasu is frustrated at trying to look his best as he enters his second year of high school. Despite his gentle personality, his eyes give him the appearance of an intimidating delinquent. He is happy to be classmates with his best friend Yusaku Kitamura, as well as the girl he has a crush on, Minori Kushieda. However, he unexpectedly runs into "the school's most dangerous animal of the highest risk level"—Taiga Aisaka—who just happens to be Minori's best friend. Taiga has a negative attitude towards others and has a habit of snapping violently at people. She takes an instant dislike to Ryuji, and it turns out she is living in an apartment facing Ryuji's house. Yasuko Takasu is Ryuji’s 33 year-old irresponsible mother and an airhead slut. Yes 33 years-old, in her freshman year of high-school, this dumb bitch managed to get impregnated (willingly might I add) by a Yakuza thug. She ran away from home to give birth to her son at the age of 16 and raise him on her own. The father was a typical scumbag and disappeared, apparently he went missing and could possibly be dead. No spoilers, but he never appears in the entirety of the canon (probably dead then). She has a curvaceous figure, she’s always had massive boobs as evidenced from a pregnancy picture where her man is groping her. She works at a hostess bar, she might as well be a stripper since she spends most of her income on clothes and accessories for work and booze. As a result, the mother-son family is kinda poor and lives cheap. She always comes home drunk and sleeps throughout the day. She never does the housework and relies on her son for everything. She has no shame, wearing lingerie in front of her son and anyone who comes to visit and letting patrons of her workplace grope her. She is over-protective and unreasonable with her son, she won’t let him get a part-time job or any work and intends for him to go to university even though she cannot afford it. This may be due to regrets about her ruining her own life and not getting on with her parents, she is possibly trying to live her dreams through her son.
