I'm sure lots of people are very happy with tubless but they seem to be mostly in forums, the riders out in the road/trails are still using tubes, now some may not realise they could but equally others like myself it's simply just not worth the hassle/cost at this point in time.

Tubeless has become one of the most common wheel-tyre set ups of the past few years, with the majority of off-the-peg road bikes now coming with wheels and tyres that are at least tubeless-compatible nowadays. Performance wise, this pump is really impressive for the money. Maxing out at just under 160 which took 49 strokes during testing on a set of road tyres, no wrestling was needed to achieve this: it simply reached a point in the downstroke and that was it. This pump also features an easy-to-read pressure gauge that is situated half way up the barrel, which gives you both psi and bar, which is useful.The Birzman Pump Up looks great and scores with its sleek aesthetic. Mostly any cut will seal instantly with no intervention from me. Last time I recall even hearing a hiss was about 6 months ago, and that stopped within seconds. Maybe once a year there will be a 3mm+ cut that requires a rubber plug to seal - done on the roadside, no mess, no faff, not even removing the wheel.

The only downside is it creates a little extra garage clutter (and I have a lot of that!) and needs a little extra space in the car if I need to take it on a road trip. The Bontrager Dual Charger floor pump is one of the best floor pumps on the market at a price that won’t break the bank. With its steel barrel and base, it feels really solid but the plastic handle does flex a bit once you start inflating.
