There’s just one small problem with the divine Miss Hayden. She’s totally unaffected by my charm. Nothing is working, and now, I’ve been friend zoned. One things i couldn’t groove with as well was the time hopping. Though i know it had to be done. given, if we truly experienced all 12 months, the book would never end! But some parts just felt like BAM here we are! that is why i couldn’t give it a full 5 stars. Both my husband and my dad are named Christopher, so I already knew going in that Christopher’s are just the best. But my my my is Christopher Miles something special! The infantilization of the Spaniard Eddie was….gross. To set the scene, Eddie is a 14 year old bartender. Obviously, to be working at age 14 means that you’re likely in a position where you need to take care of someone. Per Eddie, this someone is his grandmother. Regardless of his financial status, Eddie is quite the character, speaking numerous languages and being very street smart. Like many people when they travel, Christopher and Hayden treated Eddie like he was a toddler, rather than an actual person (ie: a teenager). To put this even further into perspective, Eddie is only 3 years younger than Christopher’s nephew. Would they have spoken to Harry that way? Absolutely not, but because Eddie is young and speaks a different language suddenly they find it OK to treat him like a child. I found this entire plot line to be very unrealistic, which is ironic because I’m reading a billionaire romance.

This is my eleventh book by TL Swan so it’s safe to say that I enjoy her writing. I loved the first two books in the Miles High series (Tristan will always be my #1) but unfortunately these last two books have not been my favorite. This book had some great moments and I’ll be thinking about some of them for a long time…but ultimately I was disappointed. PS Extra points for the amazing sex scenes those were not just deliciously dirty, filthy and nuclear hot..they were also witty and took the story to next level.The whole book is just a pleasure from start to finish - a great way to spend an afternoon with plenty of laughs and smiles throughout. That being said, I did still really enjoy this book. It was a slow start. I really didn't start to find myself invested until about the 30% mark, but once I hit that point, I devoured the rest of the book in one sitting. Christopher was another spectacular Miles brother. I really enjoyed the fact that T L Swan wrote him to be afraid of imperfections and it made his chapters really enjoyable to read. He also had just that perfect amount of possessive and jealous levels that he shares with the rest of his brothers. Hayden was a bit of a bore for me and I didn't really find anything about her that stood out. I just felt like Emily, Claire, and Kate all had a bit more fiestyness to them. However, I did enjoy the romance and relationship between the 2. Their friendship was believable and the journey to lovers was even more believable. I am so in love with this book and these characters, it is everything I expected and more, TL Swan did it again because The Do-over is an funny, sexy, sweet and emotional story that captivated me from beginning to end. I absolutely loved this series, and the Miles brothers (Tristan is my favorite by far). So to say I was really excited to finally get to Christopher after falling in love with him during Elliots book only to end up having a lot of mixed feelings about this book is a little disappointing.

Everything was going swimmingly for these 2 and I could just tell something was brewing and when it hits they needed their heads banging together, and Eddie that boy needs protecting at all costs he was a star in his own right and can we please have a book for him in the future please and thank you?Up until now, I still can't believe I finally finished reading the last book in this series. All those years of waiting for Christopher's book is totally worth it because this book is just so good. I love everything about it. From the plot, storyline, romance, and characters. Everything is just top tier and TL Swan really delivers it as great as her other books. The Do-Over is a friends to lovers story about two people who meet while staying in the same hostel while traveling through Europe. They are actually roommates and become good friends, working together and sightseeing before they ever take their relationship to a different level. This was such a great story. The characters, the plot, the ups and the downs, everything about it was perfect. I cried happy and sad tears (and I'm not much of a crier). It was the perfect ending to this amazing quartet of books about the Miles brothers. Of course this would not be a true TL Swan book without some hilarious anecdotes from the Miles brothers along with some special guest appearances which I was SO here for. I was heartbroken for this series to be ending, but then Tee decides to give the people what we cant and publish Miles Ever After, a book of extended epilogues for each of the 4 Miles brothers on Valentines Day 2023!

This book has been one of my most anticipated of this year and oh my god did I love it!! I’ve missed these gorgeous brothers so much and I was living for every scene in this book with them all in it. The Do-Over is the fourth installment in the Miles High series. Similar to the previous books, The Do-Over follows Christopher, a billionaire workaholic. Another thing I really enjoyed about The Do-Over is Emelies confessions. Each chapter was headlined with one and we even got to know a few more during DONC. I honestly would read a whole book with just these confessions. All of the Miles High Club series books are in Kindle Unlimited and include narration if you’re an audiobook fan like me! I look forward to re-reading this one with the audiobook on release day!

Overall, The Do-Over was an amazing read and I enjoyed every part of it. Even though this book isn't my most favourite in the series, but it still has its own special buzz that made the book perfect in its own way. Despite it being lengthy, I still kinda wished it was longer. I don't know why but I just needed more. Something about the last few chapters aren't enough for me. But again, it didn't affect my enjoyment or anything. For me, there are only two extremes with the author's books - I either hate them or love them. Unfortunately, she could not inspire me with "The Do-Over".
