The Lay-Z-Spa Bali has a built-in AirJet™ massage system which delivers an incredibly rejuvenating hot tub experience. At the touch of a button, the 81 all-encompassing AirJets will come to life so you can unwind and relax. (*81 AirJet™ for models pre-2021) 40°C Rapid Heating System It is not recommended that you use pre-2021 Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs when the temperature drops to 4°C. This does not stop you from doing so as long as you follow appropriate setting up, care and maintenance*. One thing you rarely hear mentioned is TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), this includes everything from chemicals to organic matter from bathers. If you are gradually finding it harder to achieve a good water balance then TDS is likely to be the reason.

This is a perfectly normal function. The pump unit heats the water to a couple of degrees higher than the temperature that you set. It will then stop heating the water and monitor the temperature until it has dropped to a few degrees lower than the temperature that you set.The main issue is not the actual hot tub but the pump. Dosages are only approximate and the effect of chemicals on your water can vary each time you use them, depending on exact amount of water in your spa, water type, water temperature, positioning of spa etc. Therefore it is essential to test the water every time before you use it. Remove the filter housing and place the larger cap in its place. (This will stop the water from draining while you carry out the next 2 steps).
