Acetone should help shift it, or Carbon Tet, but that is banned to the public. Another way is extreme cold, liquid nitrogen, or liquid propane, or dry ice, but these are a pretty drastic solution. It renders the latex rubber into a powder that comes away from the cloth. It might affect the polyester cloth base as well..... of installation, from screw mounting, adhesive mounting or refixing to old holes previously drilled into To clean brushes I put a few drops of washing up liquid into a plastic container, added boiling water and then dunked the brush repeatedly into the liquid. After a minute or so the 'rubber' balls and falls off the brush easily.

Dab it off" cleaner may work, but it has had Carbon tetra chloride removed for health and safety reasons. It used to work fine on rubber, latex and latex paints. at work, we use solvents for removing latex from carpets. I think it is called carbon tetrachloride available from chemists... and hardware shops (but probably under a brand name!)

High octane Petrol, (lighter fliud), will remove cured latex, it's natural rubber, which Copydex is a solution off. I now have an embarrassing ‘Clintonesque’ stain on the front of my trousers, just where you do not want such a stain. I only discovered that I had a problem when I spotted a white blob on the floor.
