I am used to the sound from Sirius and I would say it is about the same quality. I was expecting worse so I guess I am satisfied. Another feature I looked for was compatability with music streaming services– I use Spotifyalmost exclusively for music so it was essential anyretrofit kit would be compatible with it.

Then, while listen to the radio station or Sirius, I hit my media button activating the Tune2Air and then press play. My phone (iPhone 6) is connected via bluetooth to the car for calls, and via bluetooth to the Tune2Air for streaming. Confusingly many will have Bluetooth hands free functionality(mine has this) but without the kit to enable audio streaming. Can I retrofit Bluetooth audio streaming to my E87 BMW 1 Series? I have A5 S_line with MMI2G.What is a best solution to stream music from cell phone via bluetooth.Im thinking to buy Tune2Air but I dont know if is a good choice and if you have some other idea please let me know

I like how small the thing is. It fits very easily in my console and leaves lots of room. I'm considering mounting it to the underside of the armrest with velcro or something to keep it even more out of the way. My Bae has a Hyundai Elantra truth be told it has more wiz bang features than the Audi including the seat heaters in the Hyundai miles above the Audi. Example: navigation using the phone and a phone comes in - I NEED to stop the music but I cannot. Right now, all I can do is turn down the volume but that WILL also turn down the navigation AND call volume.Old thread :-)

Yes – you absolutely CAN retrofit a Bluetooth audio streaming kit to your car to enable music to be played wirelessly. I took a leap and bought Tune2Air for BT streaming from an iPhone to MMI2G B&O. I mainly use it for streaming Spotify, and it's worked really well so far–at least well enough that I consider the problem solved. It does seem like it could be a good bit of kit if it can prove to be reliable, but i don't want to be unplugging and reconnecting the cable each time i want to listen to music as it defeats the point of bluetooth and I may as well plug my phone in via a cable.Anyone experiencing this with ANY Android phone? It's annoying that there are times where I do NOT want to listen to music BUT still want to listen to sound coming out from my phone.

If the iPhone is also connected via Bluetooth for the handsfree phone, then the music cuts out every once in a while, more often in the beginning when the phone book is syncing, but it also does it after it's been connected for a while. Not so much that's its annoying, but almost. If I connect the MMI handsfree to my Windows Phone, the iPhone/Tune2Air music never cuts out.I had some issues getting my phone to connect and stay connected. At first it wouldn't connect at all and then it would connect but then drop after a few seconds. I am not sure what the issue was because now my phone connects instantly and stays connected even when the T2A is in my closed console. This after about a day of use. The phone doesn't connect with tune2air when turning on the Bluetooth of the phone and pairing it with tune2air after left I have had the same issue, sadly it seems that you can't choose what music app you want to use as default... But there's a workaround... I raked around for quite a while to find the best solution– a few of the features that were important to me were:
