I'm familiar with m any of the authors by name, but often do not know much (if anything) about their works--so particularly enjoyed the synopses of their more well-known works, which either prompted me toward or helped me decide to steer clear of them. It was pretty interesting to get to know a little more about the French famous names of Literature Like Alexandre Dumas, Victor Hugo, Simone Beauvoir and many more on, and How Can We recognise some of their inspirations walking around the places of the Parisian setting.Accessible, digestible and pretty much pocket sized, this is a great guide for any travelling bibliophile! It was in London that most of the drama of Anne Boleyn’s life and death was played out – most famously, in the Tower of London, the scene of her coronation celebrations, of her trial and execution, and where her body lies buried.
