The buggy is lightweight so can easily be carried, especially because it comes with an attached carry strap. When folded, it is so compact that it can even go onto a plane as hand luggage. Definitely something to consider if you’re a frequent flyer. Travel or compact strollers don’t recline the same way as Vista, because it literally reclines the seat, not just changes its position so the it’s not going to be the same mechanism. Although the recline on those strollers are ultimately much more comfortable for the child than Vista because it’s flatter. It takes a ton of space in the car. Especially in Europe if you rent a smaller vehicle you will have issues putting the passenger’s seat in a comfortable position if you put Doona behind it. When we were deciding between a few different options, I made a list of the pros and cons of the Yoyo stroller. ProsHowever, we believe that this brilliant buggy is well worth the investment if you’re a frequent traveller, are concerned with space, live in an urban area or fancy a more contemporary and slightly cheaper alternative to the more traditional and often bulkier travel systems.

But, fast forward 2 months later after our Uppababy Vista getting broken twice by the airlines and waiting 45min at the gate for the stroller collection at Amsterdam airport because our Cybex Eezy S Twist wouldn’t fit in the cabin I decided I needed a lightweight stroller for travel that fits in the cabin of ALL airlines and aircrafts. When folded, the Babyzen Yoyo+ is tiny. It really is quite remarkable how small it is when collapsed. It’s minute folded size means that it can be carried effortlessly. If space is an issue for you, the Yoyo+ is well worth considering. How does it look? The seat isn’t reversible, but in my case, we only needed a reversible seat for the first 3 months and the bassinet is naturally parent-facing. We never had the bassinet though (more on this further down). Some people complain that the seat is too short, so I did a test: I put my 4-year old and 42.5″ tall son in Yoyo and he fit just fine.
