Although they are pasture raised, grass constitures apprxomately 60% of their diet year-round, supplemented with grains such as barley, oats and millet. As for soy - some of the farms inevitably use feed "concentrate" which does usually contain soy. Obviously it is organic soya, but soya nevertheless.
