The high-speed mode was more than able to handle cauliflower, bell pepper, cucumber, and even pineapple with the skin still on. The juice jug holds 70 ounces and includes its own lid, so you can seal and keep your juice fresh in the fridge for up to three days. The pulp container also hold nearly a gallon; you could potentially make juice for two or three mornings in a row between cleanings. Whether you’re whipping up a savory tomato sauce for pasta or a sweet apple compote for desserts, the 5KSM1JA turns the task into a breeze. The slow, steady extraction process ensures that the sauce retains its rich texture and flavor, making every meal a culinary masterpiece. Using the fine filter, we were able to achieve smooth juices with very little pulp. The carrot-orange and strawberry-pineapple juices didn't separate at all, which was rare in our tests. The H-AA is extremely quiet, and it was in the top echelon for juice yields in all three of our tests. However, the "slow juicer" name is no lie, as it took among the longest amounts of time to squeeze out that juice. KitchenAid mixers and appliances are synonymous with style and quality. They give a durable, uncompromising performance to a commercial level but their iconic looks are a far cry from anything seen in a catering kitchen. The name supposedly came from one of the company directors’ wives, who described a new product she was testing as “the best kitchen aid” she’d ever had.
