Description

The second edition of the Hello Kitty x Mobile Suit Gundam collab is set to be released in December 2020. Amuro replies that it's too late to stop the fighting and asks her to stand down and leave, but the pair are attacked by a pair of Zakus and a Gelgoog.

She travels to the Universal Century timeline to help Amuro Ray and the Gundam end the One Year War.

Behold, the beloved Sanrio character dressed inside a suit of armour inspired by MS-06S Char’s Zaku II. For those of you who are just here for the cute factor and have no idea what these words mean, fret not. While preparing a tea party, Hello Kitty is contacted by Haro via her television and is asked to rescue Amuro. You can combine this kit with other Cross Silhouette expansion parts, which means the possibility for different Hello Kitty x Mobile Suit Gundam combinations are limitless. Confused and terrified of such power, Amuro attempts to flee from Hello Kitty, who ends up using her powers to transform several other units during her chase.

Gundam vs Hello Kitty (ガンダムvsハローキティ) is an ONA collaboration between Mobile Suit Gundam and Hello Kitty commemorating their respective anniversaries. The collaboration must have been successful, because hot on its tails come 2 more model kits from Sanrio and Bandai. An apple and an apple-shaped base are included for the Hello Kitty figure, which also includes a seated lower body part.The second model kit sees Hello Kitty dressed in the MS-06S Zaku II mobile suit from the SD Cross Silhouette series. Initially Amuro mistakes her to be a new unit from the White Base or related to Haro, and Hello Kitty offers to have everyone talk their way out instead of fighting. Celebrate the 45th anniversary of Sanrio's beloved Hello Kitty and the 40th anniversary of "Mobile Suit Gundam" with this set: an SD EX-Standard kit of RX-78-2 Gundam and Hello Kitty! With her spiky armour and ready-for-battle stance, this version of Hello Kitty is equal parts cute and no-nonsense. Kitty's television then shows Amuro's battles from Mobile Suit Gundam eventually culminating in his despair after accidentally killing Lalah Sune. The weapon resembles an axe but uses a super-heated blade to cut through the armour of enemies or enemy vehicles. To Amuro's surprise, Hello Kitty forms a barrier that protects her from the beam, and her energy engulfs the Gelgoog, rendering it into a miniature, friendly version of itself.

The two eventually form a telepathic bond, where Hello Kitty offers words of encouragement for working together in ending the conflict. Earlier this year, Hello Kitty and Gundam came together to create 2 limited edition figures to celebrate both brand’s respective anniversaries.
